Dramatis Personae -- our players for the big day

• Martie -- first contact, principal organizer. responsible for: all coordination, payment, overwhelming burden of stress, etc.
• Jamie --

• Charles and Sage -- general muscle. moving things, etc.
• Torri and Kimberlee -- sign design
• Casey and Jessica -- getting married.

• Flowers-- by Flowers Forever. Order reserved with credit card; need to finalize details (delivery time, haku, cake flowers, etc.). Will deliver altar arrangements, bouquet, leis, and ~180 orchid blossoms for centerpieces, which Jamie will be in charge of arranging. Jamie is looking into plant rentals for retaining wall.
• Food-- by Contemporary Flavors (a.k.a Mark's Place). Deposit (1/2 cost) paid. Order placed. Cake ordered.
• Tent, tables, chairs-- by Lee's Tent rental. Most chairs and tables from church; to be delivered by tent folks. All rectangular. Tablecloths from Karen.
• Music-- by Kenny Rapozo and son. Verbal agreement. Guitar and ukulele for ceremony and two hours (?) at reception. Need to call to doublecheck and go over ceremony music.
• Photography-- by Gelston Dwight. We have him for 3 hours.
• Mosquitos-- Trap. Bug spray in bathroom baskets.
• Transportation/Parking-- Jessica+Casey: home--> get dressed--> photos--> church--> house. Everyone else: carpool? Leave trucks to show people where to park?
• Portapotties-- From Kauai Sewer Service.
• Beverages-- We need to order wines by 1st week of June. Beer and soda will be/is being bought on sale. Jessica is making sangria. Need to collect a couple of coolers, an ice bucket, tongs, trough for juice cartons (?), punch bowl, ladle, ice.
• Papergoods -- Paper plates, clear plastic cups, strong clear plastic utensils. Glasses to dispense utensils?
• Rehearsal Dinner -- Martie reserved Poipu pavillion. Need better head count.
• Pre-week activities-- Holoholo cruise Thursday eve. Jessica and Casey need to arrange payment w/ Holoholo.
