Vanessa Webb was an academic and athletic standout at Duke. In 1998, she won the NCAA singles championship. Webb represented Canada in Fed Cup and the Olympics last year. She has started winning ITF women's singles titles and main-level Sanex WTA Tour matches. Webb, holder of 19 ITF doubles titles, is a member of the 2001 Sanex WTA Tour Players' Committee.
