We will have access to two rooms: one for meeting/discussion and another roughly for "office space". The library on site also has wireless.

Office Room Schedule:

We have 54-130B from 8 am to 5 pm every day except for Thursday, June 16, where we have 54-130B all day except for 12-1, when we have 54-130 instead. These are called Perserverance Hall Annex (54-130B) and Perserverance Hall (54-130) and are located in the same building as the cafeteria.

The cafeteria is open 6:30-9:30 am and 11 am to 1:30 pm, there is also a coffee shop which is open 6:30 am to 4 pm.

The local organizers are Joanne Cohn, Joe Hennawi, and Martin White, the administrative support person is Melissa Barclay.
