Concrete Arabia
This is going to be a resort/hotel. There are some arabian elements in the design, particularly the roofs which evoke the old wind-tunnel roofs of the past that were built by the bedouins to keep cool. Of course, everything is air conditioned these days. (Crane count: 4 -- on this one construction site!)
