I am a Hubble postdoctoral fellow at UC Berkeley. My research focuses on studying the dynamics and chemical abundance history of star forming galaxies in the early universe. I am also an active IRIS (Infrared Imaging Spectrograph, a first light instrument for the future Thirty Meter Telescope) team member, working on science cases and sensitivity calculations. I was a graduate student at UC Los Angeles, where I was involved with development and use of infrared instrumentation for Keck Observatory's adaptive optics (AO) systems such as OSIRIS and SHARC. I am also part of the Center for Adaptive Optics Treasury Survey (CATS), that targets hundreds of galaxies at infrared wavelengths using Keck's AO system.
