Hello. My name is Erik Petigura. I’m a third-year graduate student in the Astronomy department at the University of California, Berkeley.

I have always been fascinated by planets around other suns, and I am thrilled to work with one of the pioneers in exoplanet science. Geoff Marcy and I are analyzing data from the Kepler Mission to search for Earth-sized planets passing in front of their host stars.
