Current Graduate Student
I am a first-year grad student in astronomy and an NSF fellow. I got my Bachelor's degree in Physics and Computer Science at Washington University in St. Louis before coming to Berkeley and did undergraduate research in pulsars, quantum physics, gamma-ray detectors, and nuclear physics (not all at the same time). My research interests include cosmology and radio astronomy. I grew up about an hour south of here in San Jose, and in my (limited) free time, I like to read, hike, go to the beach, or play with my two cats, Socks and Chewie.
